Do you have a minimum order value?

No. We don’t feel clients should be excluded from buying what they need, no matter the project size.

We can deliver on trollies and all different types of lorries, shipping any tree up to 12m long. We can deliver in shelved pallet boxes using the Pallet Network to anywhere in the UK, with overnight delivery.

We pride ourselves on supplying the best quality plants, packaged and delivered with the utmost care to your location. If plants are damaged on arrival, we will always look to replace the item free of charge, if reported immediately. Once the delivery has been signed for and the plants are taken into your care, we cannot offer any further replacements or refunds.

We are suppliers, not growers, so we are unable to facilitate this, but we can recommend reliable and trusted growers to contact if you so wish.

We are happy to send photos of individual specimens, where possible, or you’re more than welcome to visit us at our yard in Suffolk to inspect your order prior to delivery.

Yes. We regularly attend our clients’ sites to offer planting advice and site assessments.

From placing your order, to delivery on site, is a maximum of two weeks. Due to our preferred supplier agreements and established logistics network, we can often deliver sooner.

Yes. We understand that schedules shift. We can maintain stock for limited periods of time, ideally not more than a month, where plants will be looked after and watered by our yard team until you are ready for delivery. The only thing we ask is that we invoice you for the plants at the delivery date initially agreed.

Yes. We offer all of our customers 30-days credit, at the company’s discretion and subject to references.
